Super Space Sheriff Gavan Infinity Series' Trailer Unveils February 15 Premiere

The official X/Twitter account for Toei's Super Space Sheriff Gavan Infinity, the first show in its new live-action tokusatsu (special effects) brand Project R.E.D., unveiled a video, visuals, and staff on December 26, 2025. The video announces that the series will debut on February 15, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. JST on TV Asahi. Hirofumi Fukuzawa is directing the show, bringing his experience in tokusatsu production to the new series. The series follows a new hero, Gavan Infinity, who travels via the ship Cosmo Gavalion. Gavan investigates crimes involving Emolgia, an energy-based life-form that grants powers by reacting strongly to human emotions. Departing from the original Gavan's traditional silver, Gavan Infinity dons a metallic red combat suit, symbolizing the new Project R.E.D. brand's thematic focus. In his quest, he encounters other Gavans from different dimensions, including the sorrowful Gavan Bushido (blue/silver armor) and the joyous Gavan Luminous (gold/female sheriff), creating a diverse cast of dimensional heroes. The Kyodo news agency reported on October 30, 2025, that Toei and TV Asahi's long-running Super Sentai series will end with the currently airing No.1 Sentai Gozyuger show, which debuted on February 16, 2025.
